Pantone has officially named 18-2120 Honeysuckle as the 2011 Color of the Year.
According to Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director, Pantone Color Institute, its Color of the Year for 2011 was selected because “In times of stress, we need something to lift our spirits. Honeysuckle is a captivating, stimulating color that gets the adrenaline going.”
While this fun color may liven up your senses and look great on your little piggies it will need to be used in moderation in the home. It makes sense in accessories and pops against patterns like zebra print.
What do you think? Has the recent grey weather made you ready for this vibrant pink?
Excellent images. I’m ready for Honeysuckle.
