SEESAW faucet

This faucet concept caught my attention due to its unique water-saving design.

Designed by Chanhee Han, the SEESAW faucet incorporates the up and down of a seesaw with water in the left and soap on the right playing opposite each other.

When the soap dispenser on the right side is pushed down from the neutral position to release the  soap, the tap on the other side is raised and its flow is prevented.

Han estimates this simple step can save 6 liters per 60 seconds. That’s a lot of water.

For now, this is just a concept for public washrooms.

This is a fabulous idea! I love how it’s beautiful as well as functional.

Where can I buy the seesaw faucet?

I believe it is still only a concept and has not been produced.
